Old Republic Radio #48: The Terror

Hello again Old Republic.  Jinx and myself are back to bring you yet another exciting installment of ORR!  This week we talk about the new Old Republic Encyclopedia that will be hitting book stores soon and debate the need for such an item as well as the flaws with MMO strategy guides in general.  Also this week we discuss an article that specualtes that the “Docs” left Bioware because of us the fans and our negative feedback nd we debate if there is truth to this or just the ravings of a madman. 1.4 doe not get left out as it launched last week and we give you our first impressions of the patch as well as our thoughts on Terror From Beyond and PvP.  Last but not least your emails in the Community Cantina.  We hope you enjoy the show and look forward to the return of Oakley next week!

  1. Who’s this Trent Oster guy?

Wow, I almost shut it off at that. LEAD DEVELOPER OF NEVERWINTER NIGHTS. The man behind Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition!

I’m sorry, both of you are smart and all but the fandom there was just too much.

If Trent Oster said that Ray was on a Career path, with an end goal of being the CEO of EA, that’s probably a true statement, and his analysis of EA’s management cracking hard on the game for its failure is probably right.

  2. I’m just curious, how can I get the music you use in your bumpers during the podcast?
